Toledo Bend-Championship Entry Form

Time to register for the Championship on Toledo Bend. It will be held May 31-June 1, 2025. You will find the registration link below for those teams who qualified.


NOTE: Deadline to registered is 9pm, Wednesday, May 7th. If a qualified team fails to register by the deadline, they will be deamed a non-participating team.
